A few rules
To guarantee your booking, please send a deposit by cheque or credit/debit card together with your card number and expiry date. We accept Visa, Mastercard, Eurocard as well as Chèques Vacances.
Deposit
For 1-3 nights your deposit amounts to the cost of your first night stay. If you plan to stay longer than 3 nights, your deposit is 30% of the total cost of the stay..
Cancellations
If you cancel 21 days or more prior to your arrival date your deposit will be refunded in full. If you cancel the whole stay 8-21 days prior to your arrival date you will lose your deposit.
If you cancel 0-8 days before your arrival date you will be charged the full cost of your stay. If you cut short your stay and we are unable to let your room, you will be invoiced for the full length of your booking.
Other points
The house is non-smoking.
We are happy to welcome you 5-7pm but preferably not later.
A buffet breakfast is provided 8.30-9.15am (included in your room-rate). It is served in our traditional kitchen, complete with open fireplace and an original bread oven.
Children aged 2 years or below stay free of charge.
We are sorry that our two dogs are not keen on sharing the house with other pets.
A tourist tax of …0,75.. € per person and per night will be added to your final bill.
